The hotel occupies a seafront position on the Figueretas promenade, placing you just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of Ibiza Town's restaurants, bars, and the Dalt Vila castle (700 m). Ibiza Port is 1 km away, with ferries to Formentera and the Es Canar Hippie Market. A wide range of dining options are within a 5-minute walk, including Blavos (hotel's own restaurant), and several sushi, Italian and Mediterranean eateries. The area is well-served by taxis; the nearest bus stop is a short walk. No on-site parking, so car-free travel is recommended.

The hotel offers single, double and twin rooms, all with a private balcony or terrace. Sea-view rooms are available for a supplement and provide a direct outlook over the bay; standard rooms may face an interior courtyard, wall, or public steps. Bathrooms are small, with basic fittings and a shower over the bath or a walk-in shower. Rooms lack in-room amenities such as a fridge, kettle, tea/coffee facilities, and iron. Soundproofing is minimal - corridor and neighbouring room noise is easily audible, so light sleepers may want earplugs. Beds are comfortable according to many, but some rooms have twin beds pushed together. Room cleaning is daily. Luggage storage and a shower room are available for late departure.

Breakfast is available for €9 per person, served from 07:00-10:00 on weekdays and 08:00-11:00 on weekends. The buffet includes breads, pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, cold meats and cheeses, plus hot items like bacon, sausages and eggs. Outdoor seating on the terrace overlooks the sea. Dinner is a buffet with regional and international dishes; the restaurant is also open to non-hotel guests. The bar serves drinks and cocktails throughout the day. Opening hours for Blavos dinner are 19:30-21:30 daily. No in-room dining is available. Several other restaurants, including Alma Sushi and Cosmopolit Restaurante, are a short walk away.

The indoor pool is open year-round and maintains a comfortable water temperature (around 32 °C), making it a reliable option even in cooler months. The fitness centre contains basic cardio and strength equipment - sufficient for maintaining a workout routine while travelling. The hotel does not have a spa, outdoor pool, or dedicated wellness treatments. Beach access is immediate via the promenade, and the front desk can arrange bicycle, motorcycle, and car rental, as well as kayak and paddle surf hire for a fee. The area is also popular for coastal walks.

The 24-hour front desk can assist with car, bicycle and motorcycle rental, as well as booking tours and arranging taxis. Luggage storage is free and a shower room is available for guests after check-out. The hotel has a lift and is fully non-smoking. A safety deposit box is available free of charge. No parking is available on site, but a paid parking facility (€15/day) is located at a sister hotel 50 m away. No airport shuttle service is offered.
