The street itself is relatively quiet, so the location balances central access with a calmer base. Walking to all major sights is comfortable, and no car is needed. The entrance is on one floor of a residential building, identified only by a doorbell nameplate, which can be confusing on first arrival. The lack of on-site parking means car travel is not practical.

Wi-Fi is free in all rooms, though reliability can be inconsistent. The building has a lift, but it is small. Luggage storage is available free of charge both before check-in and after check-out, which is useful for exploring the city unencumbered.
