IM HOME - NAPO TORRIANI STAZIONE CENTRALE, Milan

The apartment sits directly opposite Milano Centrale station, with the metro entrance and bus stops for Bergamo airport literally at your doorstep. This makes it ideal for train travel, airport connections, and exploring the city via metro line M2 or M3. The Duomo is a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute metro ride. Within a 300-metre radius, you'll find a supermarket, numerous restaurants and bars, including the highly convenient Nico Quick Bite. The surrounding area is lively and well-served, though the immediate vicinity of a major station can feel busy.

The apartment comprises one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, accommodating a maximum of four people. The unit is fitted with air conditioning in both rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, and free WiFi. The double-glazed windows provide good soundproofing from the station. The unit is on the 4th floor and is accessible by lift. There is strong evidence that the double bed is uncomfortable and very noisy when moving, and the sofa bed is generally considered too poor for an adult to sleep on; it is better suited for children. The overall impression is of a modern, practical apartment, but one where maintenance and basic supplies have been neglected.

The main service is the fully automated self check-in via a web link, which requires a phone with internet access and data roaming. There is no reception desk or staff present on site. An invoice is provided for booking. Luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out, which can be a significant issue for those with late flights or early arrivals. Free WiFi is available throughout. The property's response to maintenance issues has been reported as unhelpful.
