The hostel sits in a private courtyard just steps from the Pasteur metro stop, placing the city centre and the Duomo only four stops away (about 10 minutes). Milan Central Station is a 15-minute walk or one metro ride via the M3 line. Many Filipino restaurants, supermarkets, and a snack bar are within a few hundred metres. Public parking is available on site for €10 per day by prior reservation. Linate Airport is 8 km away; there is no airport shuttle, but the metro network connects easily to the airport shuttle bus at Centrale.

Milano Ostello offers both shared dormitories and private family rooms (16 m2). Each room includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a wardrobe, a work desk, and soundproofing. Some quadruple rooms have a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and tea-and-coffee-making facilities. Dormitory beds come with lockers (bring your own padlock or buy one for €4), a reading light, and a charging point. The bunk beds are compact; bottom bunks have limited headroom. Rooms facing the inner courtyard are quieter. Air conditioning is available but controlled from reception.

The property does not operate a restaurant. A communal kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and basic cookware is open for guest use. A snack bar and vending machines offer drinks and packaged snacks. Breakfast is not automatically included - check your booking for availability. Several Italian and Filipino restaurants, cafés, and a bakery are within a 5-minute walk. A large supermarket (Penny, Conad) is just two minutes away on foot.

For leisure, the hostel provides an indoor play area for children and a games room. There is no swimming pool, spa, gym, or sauna. The shared lounge and TV area offers a space to relax, and a picnic area is available in the courtyard. The property does not organise scheduled activities or events.

WiFi is free throughout the building. A large communal kitchen with dining tables, a lounge, and a TV area are available for all guests.
