The accommodation consists of student halls of residence used as hotel rooms from July to September. Each room is a single or twin with an en-suite shower room, a work desk, bedside table, wardrobe with lockable drawer, and tea/coffee making facilities. The double bed is 4-1.4 m wide and accessible from one side only. Rooms do not have a TV, mini-fridge, air conditioning, or a balcony. Fans are provided in all rooms. The rooms are compact and clean but basic. Some rooms have a view of the garden courtyard, while others face the mews. A few rooms are on the ground floor and may not be accessible for those with mobility impairments.

Breakfast is available for an additional charge of £12 per person and must be booked in advance. It is served in the Senior Common Room Monday to Friday 07:00-10:00, and 07:30-10:30 at weekends. Options are described as a continental or full English/Irish buffet with hot and cold choices, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. The Senior Common Room is a 5-minute walk from the main building. On-site dining is also available at the Library Cafe (breakfast and lunch, family-friendly) and Eastside Bar (dinner and cocktails, British cuisine). The surrounding South Kensington area offers numerous cafés and restaurants within a short walk.

The Ethos sports centre, located a few minutes away, offers an indoor heated swimming pool open all year and a fitness centre. A day pass costs £15 and also provides access to group exercise classes. Access is limited to those aged 16 and over; children can use the pool but not other facilities. Picnic areas are available on-site in the garden.
