The hostel sits on a peaceful residential street in the affluent Earl's Court area. The Underground station (District and Piccadilly lines) is a five-minute walk away, providing direct routes to Heathrow Airport (Piccadilly Line) and central attractions. The Natural History Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum are within a ten-minute walk, while Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, the Royal Albert Hall, and the shops of Knightsbridge are all easily reachable on foot or by a short ride. The neighbourhood feels safe and has a range of restaurants, pubs, and grocery stores nearby. For those arriving from Gatwick, West Brompton station is the closest rail link.

The majority of rooms feature bunk beds. Private rooms are available in twin, triple, quadruple, and six-bed configurations, some with a private en-suite shower and toilet. Dormitories are single-sex (female-only or male-only), with six or ten beds. All rooms provide bed linen, heating, and lockers (bring a padlock or buy one at reception for £3). Towels can be rented for £2. Single rooms are located on the ground or basement floors. Rooms facing the street or near common areas can experience noise; requesting a quieter room is advisable. Basement rooms have limited window opening (only 5cm), which can lead to stuffiness and heat, especially in summer. While some rooms are described as compact, others are noted as spacious and clean. The building has no lift, so access between floors is by stairs only.

Breakfast is a continental buffet offering cereal, fresh fruit, pastries, toast, yoghurt, and hot drinks. It is served from 07:00 to 11:00 daily, costing £5.90 per person. Vegetarian and vegan options are available and gluten-free can be catered for on request. For lighter meals, the hostel has a snack menu featuring stone-baked pizzas (with vegan and vegetarian options). Guests can also use the fully equipped self-catering kitchen, with fridges, freezers, ovens, kettles, microwaves, and all necessary cookware and tableware. There is a bar on site and vending machines for drinks and snacks. Several restaurants and supermarkets are within a five-minute walk of the hostel.

On-site leisure consists of a shared lounge with a TV and board games, a courtyard garden with picnic tables for warmer months, and a library of books. The self-catering kitchen opens onto the garden. Nearby attractions include Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and Richmond Park for outdoor activities. The local area is walkable and well served by public transport for museum visits, shopping, and nightlife in the West End.

The reception is open 24/7, allowing late arrivals and departures. Free luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out (luggage must be collected by 10 pm). A shared laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers is free to use. Wi-Fi is free in shared social spaces but may not reach basement rooms. The hostel has no lift, which is important for those with heavy luggage or mobility needs. There is no on-site parking; the nearest 24-hour car park is a 15-minute walk away at the Ibis Hotel on Lillie Road. All areas are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
