The property is less than a 2-minute walk from both a metro station (Red and Green lines) and the Aerobus stop, making airport transfers and city exploration straightforward without a car. Plaça Espanya and the Fira fairgrounds are 2-10 minutes on foot, while Montjuïc mountain-home to the National Art Museum of Catalonia and the Miró Foundation-is a longer stroll or short metro ride away. The Arenas shopping mall, a Mercadona supermarket, and numerous restaurants and cafés are all within a 1- to 5-minute walk. Barcelona Sants train station is a few blocks away. The surrounding neighbourhood is rated as central yet quiet, with a police station adjacent for added security.

Each apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, and Nespresso machine, plus a separate living-dining area with a Smart TV. Bed configurations consist of single beds that can be pushed together to form a larger sleeping surface (two singles side by side, not a single double mattress). The two-bedroom layout contains two individual beds in each room, while the three-bedroom Duplex adds a single bedroom. Most units have two bathrooms (except the ground floor), increasing privacy for groups or families. Balconies or terraces are available on select apartments; the ground-floor unit lacks outdoor space. The building was fully renovated in 2021 and features a lift, parquet flooring, and effective air conditioning and heating. Windows face the quiet street, and the apartments are described as clean, well-maintained, and spacious.

A full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, and Nespresso machine enables self-catering, and a Mercadona supermarket is a 1-minute walk away for groceries. A bakery on the ground floor provides fresh bread and pastries. Within a 2- to 5-minute walk, you will find Ramen Suita, Restaurante Filigrana, Moncau Restaurant Bar, and other dining options serving a range of cuisines. The Arenas shopping centre across the street offers a food court and several restaurants with panoramic views. Breakfast is not served on the property.

Montjuïc mountain, a 15- to 20-minute walk or short metro ride away, houses the National Art Museum of Catalonia, the Miró Foundation, and the Montjuïc Castle, along with gardens and walking paths. The Arenas shopping centre includes a rooftop terrace with city views. For beach access, the metro connects directly to Barceloneta in about 15 minutes.
