This central location places you within a 2-5 minute walk of Casa Milà (La Pedrera) and Casa Batlló, both of which are visible from some apartments. Plaça de Catalunya and the start of Las Ramblas are a 10-minute walk. The Diagonal metro station (L3, L5) is just one block away, and the bus stop and taxi stand are right outside. A 15-minute taxi ride takes you to Park Güell. The area is very safe, lined with boutiques, cafés, restaurants, and a 24-hour mini-market on the same block. For self-catering, several supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk.

Units include a living room with a sofa bed and dining area, a kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and cookware. Some apartments feature a balcony or terrace - availability varies by unit. Bed configurations include double, twin, queen, and single beds; the main bedroom's bed is 150 cm wide. Some apartments have 2 bathrooms, while one has 1 bathroom. For families, two baby cots can be placed in separate rooms. Soundproofing is present, but street-facing rooms may hear traffic noise, especially from glass-recycling bins below; rear courtyard apartments are quieter. Beds are generally comfortable, though a few mattresses are firm. Some apartments have limited natural light in bedrooms (no windows) and dated furniture; higher-end units have modern decor and high ceilings.

Restaurants like Pastelerias Mauri, Cinco Jotas, and Boca Grande are 0.5 km away. Vivo cocktail tapas, La Bodegueta, Hansel Pa de Barcelona, and Petit Comite are all within a 5-minute walk. Many cafés and bakeries (including gluten-free options) are right outside. The area also features vegan-friendly outlets.
