IN THE CENTER BY LOCAL DOMUS, Rome

The property sits in a quiet, safe area within easy walking distance of the Colosseum (15 min), Domus Aurea, and other historic landmarks. Vittorio Emanuele Metro Station and several bus stops are within a 5-minute walk, connecting directly to Termini Station and both Ciampino and Fiumicino airports. The neighbourhood is well-served by restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. A restaurant on the ground floor offers a discount for guests. The location is central enough to reach the city centre on foot while being quiet at night.

Rooms vary in size and layout. Options include private bathrooms or shared facilities, with some rooms featuring a balcony. All rooms include air conditioning (a floor unit in some cases), soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV, mini fridge, and tea/coffee maker. Single rooms and smaller economy options (circa 12 m2) are available but basic in decor and furnishings, with limited storage and possible noise from other rooms. The property's five rooms are accessed via a shared hallway. Some rooms have views of the street, while others overlook an inner courtyard. Bedding and towels are provided, though some rooms lack curtains or have thin window coverings.

The property does not operate a restaurant or serve breakfast. A shared kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, electric kettle, and basic cookware is available for guest use, though the selection is limited. A bar and a restaurant on the ground floor offer a discount to guests. The surrounding area is known as Rome's "Chinatown" and is lined with affordable cafes, bistros, and supermarkets within a 2-5 minute walk, providing plenty of options for morning meals or dinner.
