RICHBABY, Rome

The property is situated in the heart of Rome, within a 5-minute walk of the Colosseum and 350 metres from the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. Termini Train Station is reachable in 10 minutes on foot or one metro stop from Vittorio Emanuele. Numerous restaurants, cafes and bakeries are within a 5-minute walk on Via dello Statuto and surrounding streets, including Pasticceria Regoli and Trattoria Monti. The area has good parks nearby and easy access to public transport, making it practical for sightseeing on foot or by metro.

Double rooms feature a double bed, parquet or tiled flooring, air conditioning, heating, and free toiletries. The shared bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. The bathrooms are very small, with the shower directly above the toilet, which can be impractical. Rooms are basic and compact, best suited for short stays (1-2 nights) where the priority is budget and location. Noise from the street and adjoining rooms can be an issue, so lighter sleepers may want to bring earplugs. Some rooms face an inner courtyard and have limited natural light, while windows may not provide significant views. The property is an apartment converted into a few rooms, so facilities are minimal.

The property provides free Wi-Fi with speeds up to 710 Mbps, suitable for multiple devices and video calls. Express check-in/check-out is available. There is no parking or on-site reception; key collection is arranged by appointment with the owner. A hairdryer and free toiletries are provided in the shared bathroom. Safety features include CCTV in common areas, fire extinguishers, and key access.
