JOSEF'S HOME I COMFORT APARTMENT I METRO ACCESS, Vienna

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area of Vienna, directly facing the U4 metro station (Meidling Hauptstraße or Längenfeldgasse). This gives fast connections to the city centre (Stephansplatz in about 15 minutes), the Naschmarkt, and Vienna International Airport via the U4/U1 lines. Schönbrunn Palace and its gardens are reachable in 10 minutes on foot; Wien Westbahnhof is 2 km away. A supermarket and a bakery are within a minute's walk, and a pedestrian street with shops and restaurants is nearby. The apartment is well placed for car-free exploration, though vehicles taller than 1.95 m may find parking challenging - the recommended solution is the Park & Ride facility at Hütteldorf, which connects directly via the U4.

The apartment includes one living room, two separate bedrooms, and one bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms contain a total of three beds (two single beds and one double or two singles plus a sofa bed in the living area). The living area features a dining table, a seating area with a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and parquet flooring throughout. The bathroom is spacious and clean, with a separate WC, free toiletries, a hairdryer, and ironing facilities. Air conditioning and heating are available, and the apartment is on a quiet side of the building, making it suitable for light sleepers. The property is on an upper floor without a lift, so it may not be ideal for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns.

The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso capsules provided), kettle, toaster, and all necessary cookware, utensils, and basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar. A supermarket and a bakery are a one-minute walk away for daily groceries and fresh bread. Several restaurants and cafés are within a short stroll, including Pizzeria Lo Squalo and d'antonio at 0.5 km. The nearby pedestrian street also offers numerous dining options. For those who prefer eating out, the local area provides a variety of cuisines without needing to go into the centre.

The apartment does not have a pool, spa, or gym. However, its excellent transport links make it easy to reach Vienna's leisure offerings: Schönbrunn Palace and its gardens are a 10-minute walk, the Technical Museum is nearby, and the city centre with its museums, parks, and entertainment venues is a 15-minute metro ride away. The apartment is well suited for families or couples who plan to spend their days exploring rather than using on-site leisure amenities.

Free, reliable WiFi is available throughout the apartment. The property includes a washing machine, air conditioning, ironing facilities, and a hairdryer. The host provides clear, easy instructions for a contactless key collection via a key box and responds quickly to messages, even outside regular hours. An invoice is provided upon request. Luggage storage is not offered, but early arrival or late departure can be managed with the host's guidance. The apartment is cleaned before arrival and is well-maintained; towels and bed linen are fresh and hotel-quality. The building has key-card entry and smoke alarms for security.
