Tokyo Inn sits directly above the A3 exit of Magome station on the Toei-Asakusa line. From here you can reach Shibuya, Akihabara, and other major districts in roughly 20 minutes without changing trains. The station also offers direct connections to both Haneda Airport (8km away) and Narita Airport. The hotel is set in a quiet residential area on the edge of Tokyo, which means less traffic noise than central locations. A Family Mart convenience store is across the street, and there are several small restaurants including Nakamuraya and Izumiya within a 5-minute walk. The Grave of Hirofumi Ito is a 12-minute walk away, and the Ota Folk Museum is 1.1km from the property. The hotel has two lifts and elevator access directly from the station, making it convenient for guests with luggage.

Tokyo Inn offers single, double, twin and family room types. All come with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, an electric kettle, a carpeted floor, and complimentary toiletries. The small double bed is 195cm long and 100cm wide-adequate for one or two smaller individuals, but taller persons or those preferring more space should book a double or twin room. Single rooms tend to feel more spacious than photos suggest. The style is functional and leans toward a classic 1990s aesthetic, which some appreciate. Rooms facing the street may hear traffic noise, so light sleepers can request a quiet room at the back. All rooms have private bathrooms equipped with a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer and slippers. The hotel does not have any balconies.

The hotel's restaurant, Coco's, is open 24 hours a day, offering a full menu of Japanese and European cuisine in a relaxed setting.
