Gustavo Diaz Ordaz Airport is 10 km away, reachable by bus from a stop directly outside the hotel or by a 10-20 minute taxi/Uber ride. The property fronts the Cuale River, offering a quieter setting than the main tourist streets while keeping everything within walking distance. Public buses from the door provide easy, cheap connections to galleries, the airport, and the bus station.

All rooms include air conditioning, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, free toiletries, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a safe, and a work desk. For air conditioning: rooms with river or street views have a dedicated in-room AC unit, while interior rooms rely on a centralized system that users can control via a fan and extractor. Studio suites on the second floor include a kitchenette with an induction burner, microwave, fridge, and utensils. Standard first-floor rooms share a lobby coffee station and a microwave. Mini-fridges are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. Some larger suites feature a washing machine, soundproof walls, and a tea and coffee maker. Road-facing and interior rooms can be noisy due to single-pane windows and thin walls; rooms near the hot tub or with soundproofing are noticeably quieter.
