Units are apartment-style, ranging from one-bedroom layouts (with a dining table) to two-bedroom configurations. All rooms feature a private entrance, air conditioning, tatami flooring, a washing machine (no dryer in most rooms, though the larger room includes both), a dining area, and a quiet street view. Kitchens are fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, and electric kettle. Bathrooms include a bath and shower, and free toiletries are provided. Rooms 2 and 3 offer two single beds that can be separated, while Room 1 has a double bed. For larger groups, some rooms accommodate up to 2 single beds and 4 futons. The property has no lift, so access is via stairs. Room size is compact; the larger downstairs room offers more space and a separate living area.
