Numerous convenience stores, restaurants, and shops are within a short walk. For airport transfers, take the Narita Airport bus from Ikebukuro Station, which requires a reservation. The nearest station exits with elevators and escalators are the West Exit (about 11 minutes on foot); the nearest stair-only exit is 20a or 20b (about 7 minutes). There is no on-site parking, so the hotel is best suited for travellers using public transport.

Breakfast costs 1200 JPY per person and includes a daily Japanese dish, salads, miso soup, tofu, croissants, fish, and hot items. The variety is rotated daily. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, but a free drink bar in the lobby offers soft drinks and alcoholic beverages (alcohol available only in the evenings). Numerous dining options are within a short walk, including ramen, soba noodles, and yakitori, all within 0.5 km.

The onsen is a key highlight, with a relaxation area nearby. Tattoos are permitted if covered with a sticker (provided). The hot spring is available in the morning and evening hours.
