Sunshine City shopping complex and the Sunshine 60 building are a 5-minute walk away. The area around Ikebukuro Station has a wide variety of late-opening eateries and bars. Haneda Airport is about 30 minutes by taxi (26 km), and a limousine bus from both Haneda and Narita stops at Sunshine City. The hotel is well placed for both business and sightseeing, with good walkability and public transport connections.

All rooms include a flat-screen TV, electric kettle with green tea, a humidifier, pajamas, slippers, and a trouser press. Single rooms are compact but functional, double rooms feature a 140 cm wide bed, and twin rooms provide two single beds. Each private bathroom has a bathtub, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Rooms are cleaned every 4th night, but fresh towels, pajamas, and bottled water are left outside the door daily. Noise from the street is minimal, and the quiet location suits light sleepers. Road-facing rooms have a pleasant view, and the bed position by the window in some rooms allows natural light. The overall room quality is consistent and reliable for the price point. No rooms have balconies; no kitchenette or laundry facilities in the room.

Breakfast is available for an additional ¥2000 per person and includes scrambled eggs, sausage, fish, rice, salad, cake, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and even breakfast wine. The restaurant is open from 07:00 to 10:00 daily. While the breakfast is generally well appreciated for its variety and freshness, some find the selection does not change day to day. For lunch or dinner, the surrounding area offers numerous Japanese and international restaurants within a 5-minute walk, including ramen, sushi, and izakaya. A vending machine for drinks is available in the hotel lobby.

Massage services are available upon request and can be booked at the front desk. The hotel has no swimming pool or spa. The quiet neighbourhood is ideal for evening strolls, and Sunshine City (a major shopping and entertainment complex) is only a 5-minute walk away, offering a cinema, aquarium, and observation deck. The hotel's central location also means that many of Tokyo's leisure districts are within a 30-minute train ride.
