Termini station (400 metres) provides direct trains to both Rome Ciampino and Fiumicino airports, as well as metro lines A and B for the entire city. The Colosseum, Roman Forum, Domus Aurea, and Trevi Fountain are all within 15-20 minutes walking distance. The surrounding area is packed with restaurants, supermarket, and a laundromat.

Rooms are housed within a secure apartment-style building. Double rooms are available with a private en-suite bathroom (shower, bidet, hairdryer) or a shared bathroom located just outside. Shared bathroom arrangement involves sharing with one other room, with the bathroom a few steps from the door. A single room with a private bathroom is also available. The property lacks a restaurant, spa, pool, and balcony. Room size is comfortable, but the property operates as a guesthouse within a shared apartment, so noise from neighbouring rooms and the street can be an issue.
