Keystone House is situated in the heart of King's Cross, within easy walking distance of major transport hubs. King's Cross St Pancras station is less than 5 minutes away, connecting you to six London Underground lines and national rail services, including the Eurostar to Europe. The surrounding area offers numerous restaurants, shops, and supermarkets such as Tesco Express, all within a short stroll. Oxford Street and Westminster Abbey are about a 15-20 minute walk. Note that there is no on-site parking or airport shuttle, so public transport is the recommended option.

Standard Double Rooms are compact and windowless, located above ground. Windowless Double Rooms on the ground floor are set back from the road for increased quietness. Premium Double Rooms offer more space and natural light. One-bedroom apartments on the 4th floor include a separate kitchen with oven and an open-plan living area. Family rooms sleep two adults and two children (under 12) with a double bed and two Z-beds. All rooms feature a Smart TV, tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Air conditioning is installed in all rooms, though performance may occasionally be inconsistent. No lift is available; rooms are across three floors.

Keystone House does not have a restaurant. The adjacent bar, The Scottish Stores, serves wine and champagne. Each booking includes one free drink voucher per room for use at the pub.
