The hotel sits above the Trocadero building, with the entrance tucked away behind Zedwell signs. Piccadilly Circus station is a 5-minute walk away, served by the Piccadilly and Bakerloo lines. For airport transfers, take the Piccadilly Line directly from any Heathrow terminal (approx. 50 minutes) or the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station and then the Victoria/Piccadilly lines (approx. 45 minutes). The area is a hub for theatres, shops, bars, and landmarks such as Leicester Square (0.5 km), Soho, and Buckingham Palace (2 km). The hotel is also close to restaurants including Bella Italia and Brasserie Zedel (0.5 km).

All rooms are windowless to promote sleep and are soundproofed. Rooms range from single to spacious family units (up to 6 beds or 4 double beds in larger configurations). Each room includes a Hypnos mattress, Egyptian cotton sheets, purified air conditioning, USB ports, a kettle, and a private bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower and circadian-rhythm lighting mirror. No TVs, telephones, wardrobes, or hairdryers are provided in the rooms. The rooms are basic and spartan; there is no seating or storage other than a few wall hooks. The lack of a bathroom fan and the open-plan shower (no curtain) means water can spread on the floor. Noise from neighbouring rooms or clubs can be an issue on some floors, so light sleepers should request a higher floor. The shower cubicle is small and the glass sliding door offers limited privacy.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service at the hotel. A cafeteria is available on the lower ground floor, but it closes at 18:30. Vending machines in the lobby sell bottled water (£4), juice (£5), and snacks. The surrounding area offers a wide range of dining options within a short walk, including Italian, steakhouse, and brasserie-style restaurants. No room service or in-room dining is available.

The on-site gym is available for an additional charge (£10 per day) and includes fitness classes, yoga, and personal training sessions. There are also fitness/spa locker rooms.
