ZEDWELL HOTEL PICCADILLY CIRCUS, London

All rooms are windowless to promote sleep and are soundproofed. Rooms range from single to spacious family units (up to 6 beds or 4 double beds in larger configurations). Each room includes a Hypnos mattress, Egyptian cotton sheets, purified air conditioning, USB ports, a kettle, and a private bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower and circadian-rhythm lighting mirror. No TVs, telephones, wardrobes, or hairdryers are provided in the rooms. The rooms are basic and spartan; there is no seating or storage other than a few wall hooks. The lack of a bathroom fan and the open-plan shower (no curtain) means water can spread on the floor. Noise from neighbouring rooms or clubs can be an issue on some floors, so light sleepers should request a higher floor. The shower cubicle is small and the glass sliding door offers limited privacy.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service at the hotel. A cafeteria is available on the lower ground floor, but it closes at 18:30. Vending machines in the lobby sell bottled water (£4), juice (£5), and snacks. The surrounding area offers a wide range of dining options within a short walk, including Italian, steakhouse, and brasserie-style restaurants. No room service or in-room dining is available.

The on-site gym is available for an additional charge (£10 per day) and includes fitness classes, yoga, and personal training sessions. There are also fitness/spa locker rooms. No pool, sauna, or other leisure facilities are present. The shared beauty room (free to use) provides hairdryers and mirrors.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. The 24-hour reception desk can assist with check-in/out and requests. Luggage storage is available for a £15 per bag fee. The hotel has lifts, key-card access, 24-hour security, CCTV, and smoke alarms. Facilities for disabled guests are present, and the hotel is non-smoking throughout. An ATM is on site. Daily housekeeping is not included, but a room refresh (towels and trash) is provided after the 4th night; otherwise, a £25 fee applies. Pets are not allowed. Express check-in/out is available via tablets in the lobby.
