The hostel is 27 km from Don Mueang International Airport - a taxi or Grab/Bolt ride is required; the nearest train stations are quite far, so walking and tuk-tuks are the main local transport. Khao San Road's nightlife, markets and street food are 5 minutes away on foot, while the Chao Phraya River, Bangkok City Library and many local eateries are also walkable. The side-street location means the immediate area is quieter than staying directly on Khao San. Taxis and tuk-tuks in the vicinity are overpriced; using Bolt or Grab is more practical. Free Wi-Fi is accessible in the common areas.

Dormitory rooms contain up to 40 capsule beds in a single large space, each with a curtain or wooden partition for privacy. Air conditioning runs 24/7 and keeps the room cool, greatly aiding sleep quality. Some capsules lack individual reading lights and bottom-level capsules sit directly on the floor, which can feel less clean than elevated ones. A small free locker is available for valuables, but large baggage must be stored elsewhere - a paid luggage storage service is available. With numerous beds in one room, snoring and noise from other sleepers travel easily; earplugs are recommended. Soundproofing is present on windows, but noise from the balcony, hallway and street still carries. Rooms are cleaned daily, and air conditioning in the capsule area is effective. A balcony is available for socializing but is also the main smoking area for cannabis, which causes a noticeable smell to drift back into the dormitory.
