LAFFITTE HIRAI CONDOMINIUM HOTEL, Tokyo

Room types include apartments with separate living areas and studios, each featuring a private bathroom with bath and shower. Every room has a kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and cookware - ideal for cooking simple meals. Bed configurations vary: some rooms have a single bunk bed plus trundle, others provide multiple futons and Western beds. All accommodations include a dining area, work desk, sofa, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and ironing facilities. A washing machine is standard, making longer stays practical. Stairs in the building have narrow hallways and low ceiling clearance, which may affect guests with large luggage or mobility concerns.

Hirai Station is approximately 700 metres (0.5 km) from the apartment, providing direct rail service to Narita Airport via the Keisei Line. Haneda Airport is reachable by train in about 1 hour or by taxi in 45 minutes. The immediate area is a quiet residential neighbourhood with convenience stores, a Seiyu supermarket near the station, and several restaurants within a 5-minute walk (including Coco Ichibanya, Yanakaso, and Mott's Bar). Nearby attractions include Hirai Hakuto Shrine, Kameido Ishii Shrine, and Kameido Chuo Park. The location suits travellers who prioritize airport access and budget-friendly accommodation over being directly in central Tokyo.

The fully equipped kitchen in every room allows guests to prepare their own meals - a practical option given the residential setting. For dining out, nearby options include Coco Ichibanya JR Hirai Ekimae (curry), Yanakaso, Kokoro No Aji Seimen, and One More, all within 300-500 metres. A Seiyu supermarket is located right beside Hirai Station, useful for groceries. No on-site restaurant or breakfast service is available.

The hotel does not offer a pool, spa, gym, or recreational facilities. Guests seeking leisure activities can visit Kameido Chuo Park, a short walk away, or explore the surrounding neighbourhood. The apartment's flat-screen TV and free in-room WiFi provide in-room entertainment options.
