Lost Lake is 3 km away. The location offers direct pedestrian access to both Whistler and Blackcomb ski lifts. Note that the central village location means noise from nightlife can carry to lower-floor rooms until late.

Select units feature mountain views and a balcony. Family studios are two-level lofts connected by stairs. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and cookware. Bed configurations vary: studios have 2 beds, family rooms up to 4 beds. Air conditioning and heating are provided. Room cleanliness can be inconsistent; it is recommended to inspect upon check-in and request re-cleaning if needed. Hot water supply has been intermittent due to boiler issues; if continuous hot water is essential, inquire about current conditions before booking. For quieter stays, request a room away from the village walk.

Each room includes a kitchen or kitchenette with full appliances and cookware, suitable for preparing meals. Grocery deliveries can be arranged for a charge. The village offers a wide range of dining options within a few minutes' walk, including Avalanche Pizza, Earls Whistler, and 21 Steps Kitchen & Bar. A supermarket is conveniently located next to the hotel.
