The Creekside gondola is about five minutes on foot, which makes ski mornings straightforward. Whistler Village is a paid bus ride away on BC Transit at $2.50 per person each way, and a car is not essential - the gondola, grocery store and bus stop are all within walking distance. Alpha Lake Park is a 12-minute walk and offers a sandy beach, swimming docks, a playground, picnic tables and public washrooms. Several restaurants and pubs are within 0.3-0.5 km, and Vancouver Coal Harbour Seaplane Base is 100 km away. The surrounding area supports hiking, cycling, canoeing and fishing.

Suite layouts range from a one-bedroom with two beds to two-bedroom apartments sleeping up to four with two bathrooms. Every unit has a full kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher and cookware, plus tea and coffee facilities and a dining area. Most units have a washer and dryer; units 305, 314 and 328 use the common laundry room instead. Many suites include a fireplace, some have balconies or terraces, king-size beds are available in certain units, and unit 502 adds a private hot tub, deck and BBQ. Sofa beds are available in some units. The apartments feel spacious and bright, with flat-screen TVs and heating throughout. Air conditioning is not installed, so portable fans are offered on request, and shower water pressure is modest in some units.

There is no restaurant at the property, and breakfast is only available for certain dates and room choices - check the selected dates when reserving. Self-catering is the practical option: every unit has a full kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher and cookware, and one pack of coffee plus a few teas are included. Grocery deliveries can be arranged at an additional charge, and a grocery store is about five minutes' walk away. Within 0.3-0.5 km there are also restaurants and pubs including BReD - Organic Sourdough, Whistler Samurai Bowl, Creekbread, Bred Made by Ed, The Southside Diner, Red Door Bistro and Roland's Creekside Pub.

The heated outdoor pool is open all year from 10:00 to 22:00, with a fenced perimeter, shallow end, pool cover and towels provided. The hot tub and sauna are free to use, and sun loungers sit around the pool deck. A communal BBQ and picnic area, garden and sun terrace extend the outdoor space, and a tennis court is available off site. For activities, hiking, cycling, canoeing and fishing are easy to arrange, with horse riding, golf within 3 km and ski access via the nearby Creekside gondola. There is no full spa or wellness centre; wellness here means the pool, hot tub and sauna.

Free private parking is available on site with one space per reservation and no reservation needed; there is also a parking garage and an electric vehicle charging station. Wi-Fi is free in rooms. Express and private check-in, luggage storage, ski storage and a ski pass vendor support easy arrivals and ski days, and a lift serves the building. Locked bicycle storage is available in the garage, family rooms are offered, and baby equipment can be arranged through the property's partner service. Most units have in-unit laundry, with units 305, 314 and 328 using the common laundry room. Public transport tickets can be purchased for an additional charge. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Pets are not permitted, and the property is non-smoking throughout.
