The resort sits on the white sands of Panama City Beach, with direct access from the back door. Coconuts Restaurant and an ice cream shop are within a 5-minute walk. Panama City Beach Pier is 3km away, Pier Park 3.7km, and Gulf World Marine Park 4.2km. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is 20km from the property. The location is removed from the busiest areas yet still convenient to attractions, grocery stores, and dining options. Guests on foot can easily reach several restaurants and bars in the same block.

Accommodations are spacious and generally well laid out, offering separate living and dining areas. Bed options include queen, double, and queen sofa beds. Some units have a spiral staircase connecting two levels, which may be challenging for those with mobility concerns. Many bathrooms have been recently updated, while other areas still show wear. Kitchens are fully equipped with appliances, dishes, and cooking basics. Upkeep varies by unit; some have reported cleanliness issues such as dusty floors, stained furniture, or musty smells. Renovations are scheduled across the property over the coming years.

The property does not offer a restaurant or breakfast service. BBQ facilities are available for guest use. Within a short walk, Coconuts Restaurant serves American fare, and an ice cream shop provides treats. Several additional restaurants and bars are located in the same block. For groceries, a Winn-Dixie is nearby. The full kitchen makes self-catering easy, and many guests choose to cook for themselves to take advantage of the spacious dining areas and ocean views.

The indoor swimming pool is heated and open year-round, with a sauna and hot tub adjacent. The hot tub jets may not always be functional. The tennis court is free to use. The fitness centre is closed until May due to construction. On the beach, chair rentals are available from late March through early April at $15 per day or $75 per week. The resort organizes daily activities such as sand art, s'mores on the beach, and wine-and-cheese socials. The observation deck offers panoramic sunset views.

Parking is free on site, but spaces fill by 8pm; an additional vehicle costs $6 per day. Only one elevator is operational, causing long waits during peak times. A washer and dryer are provided in each unit; detergent is available for purchase. Check-in begins at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Pets are not allowed.
