Bed comfort varies, with some describing mattresses as hard, while others find them comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided, and irons/ironing boards are available on request.

Breakfast is a cooked-to-order full Irish with a continental buffet option, available for €16 per person; it is rated as tasty but the selection is limited. The serving time starts at 7:30, which may be late for early departures. Guests must order coffee directly from the server. Druids Restaurant features Celtic artwork and mood lighting for evening dining with traditional Irish dishes. The Den Bar has a sports-memorabilia theme, a carvery lunch, and a range of drinks including local Guinness.
