The hotel is at 1225 Cowart Street in a relatively quiet downtown area. It is 2 km from the Creative Discovery Museum, 2 km from the Hunter Museum of American Art, and close to Walnut Street Bridge and the Tennessee Aquarium. Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport is 13 km away. A free trolley service stops nearby, and numerous dining options are within a 5-minute walk, including Broad Street Grille, Kenny's Southside Sandwiches, and Public House Restaurant. The area is well-lit and walkable at night.

Room types include double rooms (one bed), quadruple rooms (two beds), and studios. All rooms have air conditioning, heating, a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe, a sofa, and free toiletries. Some rooms offer quiet street views or city views. Note that some rooms have connecting doors and thin walls, so light sleepers may prefer a room away from neighbours. The air conditioning uses motion sensors that can turn off after 30 minutes; request manual mode from the front desk if needed. The bathroom features a sliding barn door with limited privacy. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are available. Microwaves and mini-fridges are not standard in all rooms.

The breakfast includes warm dishes such as scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, fresh pastries, fruits, juice, and a waffle station. Cereals, muffins, and yogurt are also available. The breakfast area can become crowded, and popular items may run out toward the end of the service. The hotel bar offers drinks and a kid-friendly buffet. A minimarket on site sells snacks and drinks. Several restaurants are within a short walk, providing additional dining choices.

The fitness centre is equipped with a Precor treadmill and other exercise machines. Note that towels and water are not provided, so guests should bring their own. There is no pool or spa on site. Board games and puzzles are available at the front desk. Live sport events are broadcast in the bar area.

The 24-hour front desk can assist with check-in, luggage storage, and local information. The business centre is free to use. Electric vehicle charging stations are on site. Parking is available for a fee (see Critical Operational Notes). Pets are welcome for $25 per night. The property is non-smoking, has lifts, and is secured with CCTV and smoke alarms. Housekeeping is provided, but may be every other day; request daily service if needed. Laundry facilities are not yet available.
