The property is in a desirable residential area, close to Hyde Park, the Natural History Museum (16 minutes walk), and the Victoria and Albert Museum (2 km). Earl's Court tube station provides a direct connection to Heathrow via the Piccadilly Line, making airport transfers straightforward. The area has numerous cafés, pubs, and restaurants. Bus stops are also within walking distance.

Accommodation

Rooms are basic, with family rooms and twin rooms available, some with private bathrooms and others with shared facilities.

Room types include family rooms and twin rooms. Some rooms are in the basement and may have limited natural light and can be noisy from the room above. Higher-floor rooms overlooking the garden are quieter. Rooms are not air-conditioned. Each room includes a wardrobe, carpeted flooring, a kettle with tea and coffee, and free WiFi. A hairdryer and power adaptors can be borrowed from reception. For light sleepers, road-facing rooms can be noisy.

Dining

Breakfast and dinner are included and served cafeteria-style, with a set menu that includes vegetarian options.

Breakfast is a buffet with full English/Irish options, continental choices, fresh pastries, fruits, and juice. Dinner is served from 18:00 to 19:30 Monday to Saturday and 17:30 to 18:30 on Sunday. The food is simple and filling, but variety is limited. Those with strict dietary needs (e.g., halal) may find options limited, though vegetarian choices are available. The evening meal is best for those who can eat early.

Leisure

The property has a large garden, a games room, and a lounge with board games and a piano.

The garden is a highlight, with outdoor furniture and a picnic area, ideal for relaxing or having meals. The games room offers free billiards, table tennis, and a variety of board games. Evening entertainment like movie nights and live music are sometimes available. There is also a common room with a piano and board games.

Amenities

The property offers free WiFi, luggage storage, a shared kitchen, and a self-service laundry with token-operated machines.

WiFi is free of charge in rooms. Luggage storage is available at no extra cost. Laundry can be done using tokens purchased at reception for the washing machines and dryers. There is a shared kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave. Business facilities like fax/photocopying and meeting/banquet facilities are available for an additional charge. The building has a lift, and some accessible rooms are available. Safety features include CCTV and smoke alarms.
