Piazzale Michelangelo is a 17-minute walk. Florence Airport is 11 km from the property, and Santa Maria Novella station is about 20 minutes on foot. Numerous restaurants, shops, and attractions are within a few blocks, making it an ideal base for exploring the city entirely on foot. An ice-skating rink is also in the surroundings.

The unit includes a separate living area with a seating and dining setup, plus a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, and tea/coffee making facilities. The bedroom contains a wardrobe and a double bed (not divisible into two twin beds). The apartment is air-conditioned and heated, though the air-conditioning unit is located in the kitchen.
