Numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops are within a 5-minute walk, making the location ideal for exploring the city entirely on foot. Public parking is available within a 5-minute walk, but the area is best suited for travellers without a car.

Each apartment is a self-contained studio or loft with a fully equipped kitchenette including a stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee machine. The private bathroom features a walk-in shower and free toiletries. Units include a dining area, sitting area with sofa, flat-screen TV, and parquet flooring. Soundproofing is present, but some units may encounter noise from the roof or hallway. The building has no elevator and some apartments require climbing up to three flights of stairs. Rooms vary in size - lower-floor or courtyard-facing units tend to be quieter. There is no storage closet for clothes (no hangers or cabinets), so plan to live out of your suitcase. Air conditioning and heating are available, though heating can take a few hours to warm the space when set low. Guests should note that room views may include inner courtyards or nearby shop back walls rather than city landmarks.
