The area includes several restaurants, such as Smoke BBQ Pit and A-Churrasqueria, within a 5-minute walk, as well as convenience stores. The neighborhood is described as quiet with police surveillance, but street parking is limited, and exploring on foot at night may feel less secure.

Each room offers air conditioning, a private bathroom with a bath and shower, free toiletries, a hairdryer, a coffee machine, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Rooms are available with one or two beds. Some rooms feature a quiet street view. Room sizes vary, and while some are spacious, others can be compact, making them better suited for shorter stays. Noise from hallway activity and the elevator chime can carry, so requesting a room away from the elevator is recommended. The property has an elevator and rooms are located on multiple floors, including a basement level.

A breakfast-to-go bag is offered free of charge, typically containing items like a juice, fruit, yogurt, and a granola bar. There is no full breakfast buffet or hot meal service on site. A deli and a Baskin-Robbins are also nearby.

The hotel does not offer a pool, gym, spa, or similar leisure amenities. Nearby attractions include Aqueduct Racetrack (5 km) and Arthur Ashe Stadium (8 km), which are reachable by car or public transport. The focus is on providing a practical base for transit and airport access rather than recreational facilities.
