LE SUITE DI LUNA ROSSELLA, Bologna

Located 8 km from Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport, the apartment is 3 km from MAMbo and 4 km from Piazza Maggiore, placing the main landmarks a short ride away. A ten-minute bike ride reaches the historic centre, and several dining options-including gelaterias, rosticcerias, and trattorias-are within a 0.5 km walk. The neighbourhood is calm, favouring families or travellers who prefer a local base over a central location. No on-site parking is available, so arriving by taxi or airport shuttle is advisable.

The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and cooking utensils, making it practical for preparing simple meals. An outdoor dining table on the terrace provides a pleasant spot for eating. Grocery deliveries can be arranged at an additional cost, which is useful for stocking up without a car. The surrounding area also has several eateries within a short walk, including a gelateria, a rosticceria, and a trattoria. Coffee is provided as a welcome detail, though a coffee machine may not be present in all units.

The property does not operate its own wellness or leisure facilities. The area offers rafting opportunities, giving active travellers an outdoor activity option within a short drive. The terrace at the apartment provides a quiet spot for relaxing with garden views.

WiFi is accessible in all rooms at no charge, though some units experience unstable connections. Luggage storage is free, allowing early arrivals or late departures to explore without their bags. Business facilities include fax/photocopying. Safety features include CCTV in common areas and outside, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and key card access. Cleaning and maintenance are on request rather than daily; housekeeping may replenish supplies such as toilet paper if contacted. The host communicates primarily in Italian, so a translation app is recommended for smooth communication. The check-in process uses a key box, and access codes or instructions should be confirmed in advance, as waits have occurred.
