LEYTON HOUSE - SLEEPYLODGE, London

The property sits on a quiet street just around the corner from Leyton station, providing direct underground access to Stratford (within one stop and home to Westfield shopping centre), Liverpool Street, and central London. London City Airport is 8 km away and reachable by public transport in roughly one hour. The immediate neighbourhood offers a large supermarket, numerous pubs and restaurants (including Indian and sushi options), and a gym. For longer trips, the nearby Stratford station also connects to the London Stadium and Victoria Park. Walking to Westfield Stratford City takes about 20 minutes.

The property offers a mix of room types. Two rooms have en-suite private bathrooms (both with a double bed); all other rooms share two common bathrooms. Each room includes a sofa bed, a work desk, parquet floors, a wardrobe, and an electric kettle. Some rooms are on the top floor with skylight windows and no black-out blinds, which can make them bright in summer. Rooms facing the street may experience some outside noise at night, but the street is generally quiet. Attic rooms are reported to be very quiet. The shared bathrooms are cleaned daily and are well maintained, but rooms themselves do not receive daily cleaning. No air conditioning is available; portable fans are provided in summer.
