The hotel sits on a central street in Koreatown, with the Wilshire/Western metro station about 5 minutes away on foot, giving direct rail access to Hollywood, downtown, and the airport rail link. The area is well-supplied with supermarkets (a large Korean market two blocks away), 24-hour pharmacies, and late-night eateries. The Los Angeles County Museum of Art is 5 km away; the Petersen Automotive Museum and Microsoft Theater are both 5 km away. Hollywood Burbank Airport is 17 km away. While the neighborhood is generally walkable during the day, street parking is scarce, and the immediate block can feel busy at night.

Private rooms are spacious and include a private bathroom with shower (no bathtubs), hairdryer, microwave, fridge, TV, and a large closet with extra blankets and pillows. Dormitory rooms are available in 6-bed and 8-bed configurations with lockers (bring your own lock or rent one). Rooms on the ground floor may pick up noise from the restaurant ventilation below, and rooms facing the street will hear traffic and sirens. The property is an older building, but rooms are kept clean and practical. All rooms have a window; some may be on the second floor without blackout curtains.

A shared kitchen is available for all guests to use, and private rooms each come with a microwave and fridge. On the doorstep are Korean BBQ, sushi, chicken, acai bowls, and cafes-many open late. Liu's Cafe is right next door. There is a vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. For groceries, a large Korean supermarket is a 2-minute walk away, making self-catering easy.

The hotel provides brochures and information on Los Angeles activities but does not host events. Guests typically use the location as a base for exploring Koreatown's restaurants, boutiques, and karaoke bars, or for walking to nearby concert venues such as The Wiltern. Coin-operated laundry is available for guest use, making longer stays more convenient.
