Hotel Details

Location

Lili & Aurora Home is a 15-minute walk from Roma Termini station and the Colosseum, with the Vittorio Emanuele Metro station just 2-3 minutes away.

The property is located in a lively, multi-ethnic residential area 12 km from Ciampino Airport. Most major sights-including Santa Maria Maggiore, the Colosseum, and the Roman Forum-are within a 15-20 minute walk, making car use unnecessary. The neighborhood is well served by metro, tram, and bus lines, and the area is safe even at night. Numerous restaurants, cafes, and small supermarkets are within a 2-5 minute walk.

Accommodation

Each room is air-conditioned with a private bathroom (some en-suite, some just outside the room), a balcony, a washing machine, and a kitchenette.

Rooms are available for double, triple, or quadruple occupancy. All include a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, wardrobe, and kitchenware. The quadruple room has a microwave. The shared apartment setup means noise from communal corridors is possible, particularly in the morning. The central heating system switches off in the early hours of the night. Balconies face the street, and comfortable beds are the standard. Some rooms have the private bathroom located just outside the room rather than fully en-suite-confirm the layout when booking.

Dining

A shared kitchen with a fridge, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, and a complimentary capsule coffee machine is available for guest use.

There is no on-site restaurant or breakfast service. The shared kitchen allows guests to prepare their own meals and store food. Several restaurants and cafes (Trattoria Da Danilo, Bistro' al 133, RADICI - Pizzicheria Salentina, and others) are within a 3-5 minute walk, and small supermarkets are nearby for groceries.

Leisure

No dedicated wellness facilities are present on site.

The property does not offer a pool, spa, gym, or other leisure amenities. Guests primarily use the location for sightseeing, with the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and other historic sites all within walking distance.

Amenities

Free fast WiFi (65 Mbps) is available throughout. A paid airport shuttle service and free luggage storage are offered.

All rooms have air conditioning, a washing machine, and a private bathroom. The building has a lift. Guests have access to a shared, well-equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee and tea. The host provides luggage storage, either at the property or at a nearby shop, both before check-in and after check-out. A hairdresser/beautician service is operated by the owner. Communication is handled via WhatsApp or in person; the owner relies on translation apps for languages other than Italian. A city tax is collected in cash on arrival.
