MEILE HOUSE, Rome

The property sits 50 metres from the side entrance of Termini Central Metro and Train Station, placing travellers directly on Rome's main transport hub. Metro line A connects to Piazza di Spagna in just three stops. Multiple bus stops, including bus 71, are immediately adjacent. The area around Termini is busy and functional, with a mix of Chinese and small local restaurants within a short walk. Some side streets can feel less secure at night. The Colosseum is about a 15-minute walk.

Rooms are classically furnished and include heating, air conditioning, soundproofing, and a fan. Guests can select rooms with a private bathroom or a shared bathroom. Some rooms have no windows. Rooms are often described as basic and functional, with comfortable beds and clean sheets. Wi-Fi signal can be weak in some rooms; the strongest coverage is in shared areas like the living room or kitchen. Daily housekeeping is provided.

Meile House does not have a restaurant or serve breakfast. A shared kitchen area provides complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water throughout the day, along with a microwave, fridge, and basic tableware. A wide variety of Chinese and local restaurants, including Trattoria da Zhong, Seoul Restaurant, and Il Tartufo, are within a 5-minute walk. Several Italian restaurants serving pizza and pasta are located in the back streets near the property.

Meile House does not have a spa, wellness centre, or swimming pool. Leisure options are limited to the shared kitchen and common areas. The property is best suited as a base for exploring Rome rather than for spending extended time on site.

Wi-Fi is free of charge in public areas. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out, allowing guests to explore without carrying bags. The building has a lift. Daily housekeeping is included. Pets are not allowed. The property operates as a private home or pension rather than a full-service hotel, so there is no reception desk or 24-hour staff.
