Roma Termini station is a 10-minute walk, offering convenient rail access across the city and to both airports. The surrounding area feels safe and well-connected, with bus stops nearby. The building is secure with two entry doors and key access.

Each room features air conditioning, heating, a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle, and a wardrobe. Some rooms have a balcony. Rooms are functional for sleeping and exploring, but are small. Street-facing rooms can be noisy due to traffic and poor soundproofing; back rooms are quieter. Interior noise from corridors and neighbouring rooms is noticeable. Older fixtures and dated decor are common. A twin room is available on request.

Conte Guesthouse does not have a restaurant or serve breakfast. Numerous cafés, pizzerias, and trattorias are within a 5-minute walk, including Baia Chia, Danilo Trattoria Pizzeria, and Central Pizza. A supermarket is located directly across the street for self-catering supplies. Rooms include an electric kettle, coffee machine, mini fridge, and tea/coffee supplies for basic in-room preparation.

There is no spa, swimming pool, gym, or wellness area at Conte Guesthouse. The property focuses on providing essential accommodation for city exploration. Nearby parks and leisure options are available within walking distance, but no on-site leisure activities are offered.
