The area is highly walkable, with all major attractions within a 20-minute stroll.

Units vary in size and layout. Some studios are located in the basement, accessed via stairs, and may have limited natural light. Upper-floor apartments with balconies receive more light and street views. All apartments have a private bathroom with shower (some with very compact shower cubicles), free toiletries, and a hairdryer. Beds are 160x200 cm (double/queen). The sofa bed in some units is suitable for one adult or two children but is less comfortable for longer stays. Noise levels can be high due to thin walls and street activity; light sleepers should request a quiet upper-floor room. Heating is individually controlled; some units have reported occasional AC or heater noise or odour. Kitchenettes include a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and cookware. A washing machine and dryer are available in a common laundry room.

The kitchenette is fully stocked with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. The surrounding Malasaña area offers numerous restaurants, tapas bars, and cafés within a 3-minute walk, including Grosso Napoletano, Lamucca de Pez, and Bar Galleta. A Carrefour supermarket is 3 minutes away for groceries. For those preferring to eat out, the neighbourhood is one of Madrid's best for dining.

All check-in is done online via the app; access codes are provided after completing the process. The building is secured with codes and CCTV. A lift serves upper floors. Free high-speed WiFi is available throughout, though speeds can be limited in lower-level units. Laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) are available on site. Pets are allowed on request with possible charges. Baby cots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. No parking is available. Luggage storage is not on site; a partner locker is located at Calle del Barco, 33, 300 metres away (fee applies).
