The Versace Mansion, Jewish Museum of Florida, and Lincoln Road are all within a short stroll. Over 10 restaurants, bars, and cafes - including Lario's On The Beach and Bolivar Restaurant - are within a 3-minute walk. Miami International Airport is 17 km away, and a bus stop to the airport is nearby. The area is lively and well-connected, though some street-facing rooms can be noisy, especially at night.

Room types include the Suite (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 bed), the Family Room (2 beds), and the Studio (1 bed). All units have a private entrance, air conditioning, a TV, a tea and coffee maker, and free toiletries. Some rooms have a balcony - specifically rooms 210 and 310 (King Suite with Balcony) - which face the street and offer a partial view. Rooms without balconies may have small, sealed windows that cannot be opened, limiting fresh air. Bathrooms are described as large and modern by some, but others note issues like poor shower design, dirty grout, clogged sinks, and inconsistent hot water. Bed comfort is generally positive, with many calling the beds 'comfortable' or 'massive', though some report dipping mattresses. Room size is variable; some find the rooms spacious, others very small. Upper floors are reachable by lift.

The property has a lift, but it has been reported as broken during some stays, forcing guests to use back stairs. A microwave and a water dispenser (hot and cold) are available in the lobby. An iron and ironing board are available on request. Luggage storage is not available on-site but can be left at the sister property (Hotel Ocean) one block away. A concierge service is offered. The gym is located in the building and is accessible to guests. Housekeeping is not included and must be requested and paid for separately; some long-stay guests reported no cleaning during their entire stay. Staff respond via WhatsApp and are generally helpful, but response times can be delayed, and some guests reported poor communication. The building has coded access to the main door and each room for security.
