The property fronts La Malagueta Beach, offering immediate access to the sand, promenade, and sea views. The historic centre, including the Alcazaba and Picasso Museum, is reachable on foot in about 15 minutes via the harbour. Málaga Airport is 8 km away, accessible by taxi or the airport bus. Torremolinos is 14 km and Fuengirola 27 km. Numerous chiringuitos, tapas bars, and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk along the beachfront and near the marina. A Carrefour supermarket is also very close, making self-catering convenient.

The studio measures approximately 25 m2 and includes one double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and a washing machine. Some units have a partial or full sea view, and a few offer a small balcony. The bathroom is noted to be very compact, with a tiny sink located directly under the cabinet, making it tight for two people. The apartment is on a higher floor in a building with a lift. While the bed is routinely described as comfortable and the bedding clean, recurring reports indicate that general cleanliness varies-the apartment, kitchenware, and bathroom may not be thoroughly cleaned between stays. The microwave has been reported to malfunction (beeping randomly), affecting stays until the host responds.

The kitchenette is outfitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and cooking utensils, allowing guests to prepare meals. Basic cooking items and a washing machine support longer stays. A Carrefour supermarket is nearby for groceries. For dining out, a range of options is within a 3-minute walk: Spanish tapas at El Sacromonte Tapas and Albahaca, Italian at La Tagliatella, traditional chiringuito Sicsu on the beach, and several other bars and cafés. The marina and city centre, 15 minutes away, offer many more choices.

The apartment does not have a pool, spa, or gym. The main recreational asset is La Malagueta Beach, directly across the street, where guests can swim, sunbathe, or walk along the promenade. A beach umbrella is included. The surrounding area offers flamenco at Tablao Flamenco Los Amayas (0.5 km) and the marina for boat or harbour views.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. An airport shuttle is available for an additional charge. A lift serves the building, though a short flight of stairs is required to reach it from street level. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, but luggage storage before check-in or after check-out is possible by arrangement.
