Each apartment has a private entrance, tiled floors, a seating area with a flat-screen TV, and a dining table. The bedroom offers either a double bed or twin beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower; windows face the street, providing natural light. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and basic cookware. Some units also have a washing machine. The flats range from 1-bedroom (sleeping 2-4) to 1-bedroom with an extra sofa bed for up to 5. Noise from neighbouring apartments and the street can be audible - ground-floor or street-facing rooms are more affected. Some bathroom doors may not close fully; several fittings show signs of wear.

The kitchenette allows self-catering with a hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and basic utensils - ideal for breakfast, light meals, or preparing food for a beach day. A supermarket and bakery are within a few minutes' walk for supplies. Within 300m you will find Taberna Del Muelle, Albahaca, La Boheme, Cafe de Paris, Trastevere, and many other restaurants serving Spanish, Italian, and international cuisine. A nearby café is well regarded for breakfast. There is no in-house restaurant or bar.

The beach is the main leisure draw - 3 minutes on foot. The marina promenade offers a pleasant walk along the port, with outdoor seating, viewpoints, and a Flamenco tablao (Los Amayas) 300m away. There is no swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, or organised activities on site; all wellness and leisure is outdoor, self-directed, or found in the surrounding area. Malaga Park is 600m away for a green space and relaxed walks. Year-round mild weather makes the beach accessible most months.

The apartment building has a lift and offers free high-speed WiFi (20 Mbps). Private on-site garage parking costs €25 per day and must be reserved before arrival. Self-check-in uses a key lockbox and is communicated via WhatsApp. There is no front desk; communication with the host is by WhatsApp or Booking.com messaging. The property does not offer luggage storage on site - the train station provides left-luggage lockers. Cots and high chairs are available on request. The apartment has key access, smoke alarms, and CCTV outside the property. All apartments are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
