The location is ideal for walkers: Malaga Cathedral is 2 minutes away, Carmen Thyssen Museum is 190 metres, and Malagueta Beach is 1 km. Numerous restaurants, bars, and shops are within a 2-minute walk. The property is well served by public transport, with a tram stop nearby making it easy to reach the beach and other areas without a car. However, the central location means street noise and activity from the rooftop bar can carry into rooms, particularly on weekends.

Rooms are small and basic, with bunk beds or double/twin beds. Some rooms have a balcony with city views. All rooms share bathroom facilities including showers and toilets; these are cleaned daily but may show wear. Soundproofing is minimal, so noise from adjacent rooms and the street is common. Air conditioning units are present but some may not function effectively; a few rooms have ceiling fans. Bedding is provided, and guests make their own beds. Storage space is limited to lockers; there is no wardrobe.

Breakfast service runs late, from 9 am to noon, so it is not suitable for early starters. The rooftop bar offers a selection of wines, champagne, and snacks with cathedral views. A shared kitchen is available for guests to prepare their own meals, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and basic cookware. Numerous restaurants and cafes are within a 2-minute walk for a wider dining choice.

The rooftop bar provides a popular social space with views of the Cathedral, open to the public after 4 pm. Free activities include live music/performances, nightclub/DJ sets, and walking tours. Additional charge applies for bicycle rental, bike tours, pub crawls, and cultural tours. There is no dedicated relaxation room or gym.

WiFi is free throughout. Lockers are provided free of charge; luggage storage is available at reception (note that reception hours are limited, typically 8:00-16:00, but storage can be arranged). A shared kitchen with kettle, microwave, and refrigerator is available. Daily housekeeping is offered for an extra fee. The property has a lift but it may be restricted after staff leave.
