GR SUITES BOUTIQUE CATEDRAL, Malaga

The apartment is located on a pedestrian street in the old town, steps from Malaga Cathedral. Alcazaba and the Picasso Museum are both reachable on foot, as is the marina and the beach, which is about 15 minutes away. Malaga Airport is 10 km from the property, and while there is no on-site parking, the central area is well served by public transport and is ideal for exploring the city on foot. Numerous restaurants, bars, and shops are immediately below the building, yet the double-glazed windows help maintain a quieter indoor environment.

Accommodation consists of one- or two-bedroom apartments with a living room and one or two private bathrooms. Bed sizes are 150x200 cm. Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher (in some units), kitchenware, and a tea and coffee maker. Air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and free Wi-Fi are provided. Some apartments feature a balcony facing the pedestrian street, while bedrooms in certain units face an inner courtyard for greater quiet. High ceilings and parquet floors add to the sense of space. The property has a lift and a lobby ramp, and ground-floor apartments are step-free. Cots are available on request. Note that apartments vary: one unit has two bathrooms, another has one. Sound insulation between units is moderate, and apartments facing the street may experience more ambient noise from the lively area.

The apartments do not have a restaurant or serve breakfast, but the central location provides direct access to dozens of restaurants, tapas bars, and cafes just outside the building. Options within 0.5 km include Terra Mia, Los Gatos, Restaurante Plaza de Chinitas, and Casa Lola, among others. Guests can also prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchenette, which includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and tea and coffee maker.
