The hostel sits in a calm side street by the canal, providing a peaceful night's sleep while keeping the main attractions close. Khao San Road's nightlife and food stalls are a 5-10 minute walk away, and the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, and Wat Saket are all within easy walking distance. For public transport, take bus A4 from Don Mueang Airport or bus S1 from Suvarnabhumi; the nearest BTS is Phayathai and the nearest MRT is Samyot. After 9:30 pm, taxis are a better option than the airport rail link. Getting a Grab can be slightly tricky due to the alley location, but the area is well-served by buses and has plenty of cheap eateries and a 7-Eleven nearby.

Private double rooms are spacious, modern, and clean, featuring a comfortable bed, a window seat with a nice view, and shelves for storage. Quadruple rooms are also air-conditioned and come with a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV. Dormitory beds are arranged in 6-bed bunk rooms with spacious, comfortable mattresses and large lockers big enough for two backpacks. The air conditioning is powerful and quiet, and the rooms are well-cleaned. Dorm beds do not have curtains, though the layout still offers a degree of privacy. Several complimentary bottles of water are provided in the room daily, along with towels, a vanity kit, and a hairdryer if needed.

Every morning the hostel serves a free breakfast that includes banana pancakes, toast, coffee, and tea. The pancakes are consistently described as tasty and a highlight. Throughout the day, guests can help themselves to free ice cream (including a Thai milk tea flavour), biscuits, and fruit at the communal area. Several restaurants are clustered within a 3-5 minute walk: Lamphu Tree Buffet & Restaurant, Na Bowon, Tasty Restaurant, Mango Vegetarian & Vegan, Khao Tom Bawon, Brown Sugar, and Patonggo Restaurant. There is also a 7-Eleven nearby for snacks and drinks.

The fifth-floor rooftop terrace offers good city views and a quiet, covered space to relax in the evening. There is a shared lounge/TV area on the ground floor, and the rooftop also has Wi-Fi coverage. The hostel provides free daily housekeeping, lockers, and a luggage storage service. Bicycle parking is available for those exploring on two wheels.

The 24-hour front desk can arrange paid airport pick-up and drop-off (including a shuttle service), book taxis, and provide local recommendations.
