The hotel is on Bangkok's famous Khao San Road, surrounded by bars, live music venues, street food stalls, and convenience stores. Suvarnabhumi Airport is 30 km away, best reached by the S1 airport bus which stops a short walk from the hotel. Don Mueang Airport is accessible via the A4 bus, also a 2-minute walk away. Major temples such as the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, and the City Pillar are within walking distance. The nearest MRT station is Sanam Chai. Taxis and tuk-tuks are always available just outside. The area is very busy at night, and the party noise from the street continues until around 4 AM. Rooms facing the back of the building are considerably quieter, but some noise may still be audible.

All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safety deposit box, refrigerator, and hairdryer. Basic toiletries are provided. Some rooms offer city views, while others face an internal light well. No rooms have balconies. The property also has a lift and features family rooms. Some reported issues include mould in bathrooms, musty smells, and dated furniture. Rooms can feel very small, especially for longer stays. The walls and windows are not fully soundproofed, so rear-facing rooms are recommended for lighter sleepers. The Deluxe King Suite and family rooms offer more space, and some have a separate seating area.

The rooftop pool on the 7th floor is a highlight, offering cooling relief from Bangkok's heat and a panoramic view towards the Grand Palace and city skyline. Complimentary pool towels are provided. The poolside bar serves drinks and food, though service can be slow during peak times. The pool deck has a limited number of sun loungers, so arriving earlier in the day is advisable. Sunbathing is possible, but direct sun exposure can be intense. No spa, gym, or other wellness facilities are available.

The 24-hour front desk can assist with check-in, currency exchange, and concierge services. Luggage storage is available near the reception, useful for early arrivals or late departures. WiFi is free and available throughout the building. Laundry service is offered for an additional charge. Safety deposit boxes are provided in each room. The hotel does not have a restaurant on site, but the rooftop bar serves light meals. A 7-Eleven is a few metres away. No spa, gym, or business centre is available. The building has a lift and is equipped with CCTV for security.
