The Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station (Exit N1) is directly across the street, providing quick access to Hong Kong Island and the rest of Kowloon. The airport bus A21 stops on Mody Road, about a 3-minute walk away, with a journey time of roughly 45 minutes to the airport. Victoria Harbour, the Cultural Centre, and the Art Museum are all within a 3-minute walk. Major shopping destinations like Harbour City, Ocean Terminal, and Nathan Road are only a few steps away. The area is packed with restaurants, cafés, convenience stores (7-Eleven), and a supermarket on the corner. The building's entrance can be a little tricky to locate; use Google Maps to find the correct lift to the 5th floor.

Private rooms (double, twin, family, single) include air conditioning, linens, private bathroom with hot shower, towels, shampoo, and body wash. All double rooms have a small table. Dormitory rooms (female-only or mixed, from 2 to 8 beds) feature air conditioning, an individual storage cage under the bed (bring your own padlock), and each bunk has two power sockets and a reading light. Dormitory guests use shared bathrooms which are provided with free shampoo and body wash. Many bunks have curtains for privacy, though some top bunks have only a partial curtain. The twin private room is notably compact with a fully glass bathroom and incomplete curtain coverage, reducing privacy. Some rooms have reported issues with mouldy odours, particularly if ventilation is poor. The building has a lift to the hostel floor.

The hostel provides a small shared kitchen in the common area with a microwave, fridge, and free hot drinks (coffee, tea, milo, cocoa). There is no cooking hob or oven. The surrounding Tsim Sha Tsui area offers a huge variety of dining options within a few minutes' walk, including Japanese restaurants, cafés, and local eateries. A 7-Eleven is just around the corner for snacks and drinks.

The hostel provides a shared lounge/TV area and a rooftop terrace with city views. Free board games are available for guest use. The common area is decorated with artwork by local artists and has a homely, sociable vibe where travellers can meet. For leisure, the prime location puts Victoria Harbour and the Avenue of Stars within a short walk.

Free Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is available in all areas of the hostel. Luggage storage is free for same-day pick-up before check-in or after check-out; the reception opens at 8:30 AM for this purpose. The shared kitchen has a microwave and fridge; there is no full cooking facility. Lockers (individual cages under dormitory beds) are available; bring your own padlock or buy one at reception. Daily housekeeping is provided. There is no laundry service on site, but a laundromat is located nearby. The property has 24-hour security with CCTV and key card access. Payments are accepted by Visa and MasterCard. Airport shuttle and parking are not available.
