The City of Arts and Sciences is roughly 10-15 minutes away by foot, making it easy to visit the Oceanogràfic and other attractions. A supermarket like Consum, Lidl or Mercadona is only a 2-minute walk away, and several restaurants and cafés are within 300 metres. Free street parking is available on surrounding residential streets, but finding a space can be tight.

Each loft features a private entrance, soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a washing machine. The kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, kitchenware, tea and coffee facilities, and a Nespresso machine with complimentary capsules. The main double bed (190x150 cm) uses a comfortable viscoelastic mattress and cotton sheets; the sofa bed in the living area is suitable for one adult or a child. Most lofts are open-plan; only Loft 5 Suite Terrace has a separate bedroom. An air-conditioning unit and heating are provided, and the room is well-ventilated.

Several restaurants and cafés serving local and international cuisine are within a 2-minute walk, including options on the street towards Ruzafa. The pool is heated in cooler months to approximately 33°C, providing a warm soak even in February.
