All units have air conditioning, parquet floors, soundproofing, a flat-screen TV, and a washing machine (except the upper apartment). In-room kitchenettes include a stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, oven and cookware. Some bathrooms have a walk-in shower; larger apartments include a bathtub. Rooms facing the street are quieter due to thick windows. The lift and apartment 1B are fully adapted for wheelchair access.

The neighbourhood is known for high-quality Asian cuisine; restaurants such as L'Oasis, Casa ou, Meishilin and Gastro Trinquet Pelayo are all within 300 metres. A supermarket is steps away for self-catering supplies. The historic centre's tapas and paella restaurants are a 10-minute walk. The fully equipped kitchen in each apartment makes self-catering straightforward.
