The property is set in the marina district, a 10-minute walk from the beach and within easy reach of the city centre via metro (10-minute walk to the closest station) or bus (200 metres away). City bikes are available right opposite the entrance. Valencia Airport is 12 km away. The immediate neighbourhood offers bars, restaurants, a supermarket, and a bodega for essentials, making it convenient for self-catering stays. The area is safe and walkable by day and night.

All units are air-conditioned with parquet floors, a washing machine, tea and coffee maker, flat-screen TV, and a dining area. Room configurations range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layouts suitable for couples, families, or groups. Larger apartments include two bathrooms and multiple bedrooms, with comfortable beds and bunk beds in some family units. Top-floor apartments (e.g., apartment 7) are modern, spacious, and quiet; road-facing units may have some morning traffic noise. Mosquito nets are fitted on all windows.
