LONG JOHN APARTMENT, Rome

The apartment sits in Rome's safest residential areas, just steps from the Vatican and St. Peter's Square. Ottaviano Metro (Line A) is within 5-7 minutes on foot, providing direct rail access through the city. Castel Sant'Angelo and St. Peter's Basilica are within walking distance. You will find bus stops, a Carrefour 24-hour supermarket, and numerous restaurants and cafés on the same block. The area is quiet at night but well-connected for exploring Rome on foot or by public transport. Fiumicino Airport is 27 km away; use the paid shuttle or metro connections.

Each apartment comes with a stovetop, refrigerator, electric kettle, and kitchenware, allowing you to prepare your own meals. The immediate surroundings offer many dining options: VostrOsteria, Ristorante Cantina 26, Thai J, and other restaurants are within a 3-minute walk, and several pizzerias and gelaterias are nearby. The Carrefour supermarket is open 24 hours for grocery shopping. Because there is no on-site dining, this self-catering setup works well for families and longer stays who prefer to cook.

The property does not have a pool, spa, or gym. The quiet, green courtyard provides a pleasant outdoor setting, and the safe residential neighborhood is suitable for morning walks. For entertainment, the area around the Vatican offers museums and historic sites within walking distance. The nearby metro and bus stops give easy access to the rest of Rome's leisure and cultural attractions.

WiFi is free throughout the property. A paid airport shuttle is available for both pickup and dropoff. Private check-in and check-out are offered, and the host is responsive and allows early check-in if arranged. The building has an elevator and 24-hour security with key access, fire extinguishers, and smoke alarms. A washing machine, heating, iron, and hairdryer are not standard, so check your unit's inventory. The apartment also provides an invoice for business stays.
