A REWE supermarket is adjacent, an Aldi is nearby, and an ice cream parlor is just across the street. Olympiapark is accessible via U2/U3 within 20 minutes. All rooms feature air conditioning, soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a coffee machine, a wardrobe, and a safe. Bathrooms have a walk-in shower and hairdryer. All rooms are identical in configuration; superior double rooms can add an extra bed for a third person. Rooms are generally clean and comfortable, though some are described as compact for two adults plus a child. Road-facing rooms on lower floors may pick up some train or entrance noise; higher-floor rooms are quieter. Triple-glazed windows effectively block street noise. Note that connecting rooms are not available.

Breakfast is a buffet offering local specialities, warm dishes, fresh pastries, and vegetarian, vegan, and halal options. It is available for €18 per person. The restaurant opens for dinner from 17:00 daily (from 12:00 on Sundays), featuring a modern setting with Greek and Mediterranean dishes. The bar serves light snacks, a selection of cocktails, and wine/champagne (at an additional charge). The coffee house on site and snack bar are also available. A REWE supermarket and bakeries are within a few minutes' walk for additional self-catering options.

For relaxation, the hotel provides an outdoor terrace. The bar broadcasts live sport events free of charge. There is no pool, spa, gym, or sauna on the premises. The surrounding Feldmoching area has walking and cycling routes, and Olympiapark is easily reached by U-Bahn in under 20 minutes.
