A REWE supermarket is adjacent, an Aldi is nearby, and an ice cream parlor is just across the street. Olympiapark is accessible via U2/U3 within 20 minutes. The area is practical for car travel, with easy motorway access and a Park & Ride lot offering parking from €1.50 per day. Taxis reach Allianz Arena in about 15 minutes.
